We’re women of a certain age, but I have to tell you, it really doesn’t feel like it.
I mean I know it’s been 50-some years since we were plopped on the orange shag carpet in front of the brand-new color TV watching Land of the Lost, but damn.
So, fast-forward, apparently, to now, and we’re all grown up, and our kids (wait, what??) are speaking some strange new dialect, and they’re off to college or they have kids of their own (WAIT! WHAT?!?!).
This is us, Megan and Lesley. We’re two midwestern US friends navigating this whole new time in our lives that snuck up on us while we weren’t looking. And we hope you’ll come along too. Because if you’re like us, you’ve got questions about what’s going on with your body, you’re trying to manage raising your kiddos and juggling your mom’s doctor’s appointments, and you’re a little nostalgic for banana clips, music videos, and saltines with butter. There are answers out there. And we're going to do our best to find them.
